Faults or damage
We work hard to make sure every item you order reaches you in perfect condition. If you receive something from us with faults, or that was damaged on route, please keep everything including the packaging and your proof of purchase. Then email us at info@mykidstoybox.com.
Items that can’t be returned
You can’t return gift vouchers or redeem them for cash, return items that were on sale, or exchange items that are used, worn, missing tags (if any), or not in their original condition.
